We've been majoring on Buddhist music quite a bit recently and I was very pleased to come across this excellent band based in my home city of London. They obviously are great musicians and strongly feel that the folk music tradition bonds people together and is thus in keeping with Buddhist discipline and methods. They are all part of Triratna Buddhist Community which was formerly the Friends of the Western Buddhist Order. This is an international network dedicated to communicating Buddhist truths in ways appropriate to the modern world.Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them - Dalai Lama
