We've mentioned Star Wars and Buddhism before so it is timely to come back for a second helping. Not sure whether this clip is brilliant or just plain rubbish not being an afficiando of Star Wars myself. But is is fairly well made , esoteric enough to be interesting and has a naive intelligence operating behind it so see for yourself. I think it seems to be some sort of attack on Tibetan Lama Buddhist culture and practices.

Star Wars and Buddhism - May the Force be with You !

I couldn’t really comment on the details in this interesting and informative video – but we have reported before that the director of Star Wars series , George Lucas is a famous Hollywood Buddhist. And in combining philosophy, zeitgeist and global marketing memes the topic is just as it should be for the Buddha’s Face blog.

Shame about the slightly sinister computer commentary that is over the imagery of what otherwise I think is an excellent little You Tube movie. Enjoy and may the force be with you !
