Many Hollywood actors are followers of the Buddhism and includes Goldie Hawn, Richard Gere and Orlando Bloom. So it is not surprising that in the land of the Buddha's birth and enlightenment that India's Bollywood would not be too far behind. Nandita Das and Hansika Motwani have both spoken openly about their belief along with Priyanka Gandhi’s. So it would appear that Buddhism is having a revival in the Indian subcontinent which as you would expect believe to be a good thing.
