The Buddhist Singing Nun - Nepal's Very Own Sound of Music

A Nepalese Buddhist Nun back in 2008 soared into the pop charts in order to fund her charitable foundation for poor Nepali children. 41 year old Ani Choying Dolma has managed to fund her school using her considerbale singing talents. She started in 1998 when an Amercian musician was impressed when he heard her humming. She is now known as the Singing Nun and has taken part in the famous Buddha Bar collection. Asia's answer to the Sound of Music and a most beautiful voice !
